Refund Policy
At Lukas (SILYAGROUPE) Mini Car Accessories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item is not in its original condition.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved,
we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Stripe will process the refund, and it may take up to 5-9 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
